Why this site changed
For 15 years, billgradywebdesign.com built websites for many prominent businesses in Fort Dodge. Most of those sites are gone now, replaced by newer builds or closed with the businesses behind them.
The domain stays, with a new job. The work that matters now is the technical layer under Fort Dodge Radio and MyFortDodge.com: how an independent, internet-only station describes itself so machines get it right. This site documents that work (what was built, what didn't work, and what it taught) for anyone running something small enough that a machine's first impression counts.
Old links to the portfolio now land on the case studies. The Google Analytics tag that stopped counting in 2023 has been replaced too.
